7. Acceptance of Terms

7.1. Participation

By participating in the Token Sale and/or using the Tokens at any moment in time, the Participant confirms that he has read, understood, agreed, and accepts to be bound by these Terms, which shall immediately be effective and binding on and between the Parties. Should the Participant not agree to the Terms, the Participant shall not be authorised to use the Tokens.

7.2. Acceptance

Payment by you shall be deemed as acceptance of all the provisions set out in these Terms.

7.3. Currencies

Only Accepted Currencies (as defined above) will be accepted as payment for the Tokens under the Token Sale. You are required to send Accepted Currency, as the case may be, within the Payment Window to the relevant cryptocurrency addresses, which shall be provided on the Website during the offering period, in order to effect valid payment.

7.4. Cryptocurrency payments

Payment by way of cryptocurrency shall be deemed completed upon thirty-one (31) block confirmations on the relevant blockchain, as the case may be, unless otherwise agreed between you and any relevant Token Sale intermediary in writing. Any attempt by you to double spend any cryptocurrency in making a payment will not be recognised by the Company as valid payment hereunder, nor shall it entitle you to claim any Tokens from the Token Sale.
