2. Background

2.1. Agreement

These terms constitute an agreement between the Participant and the Company and shall govern the participation in the Token Sale, the acquisition, holding or use of the Tokens, as updated from time to time, to the extent not covered by the Documents.

2.2. Token Issuer

The Company is the issuer of the Tokens. The use of the tokens on any future platform may fall outside the scope of these Terms.

2.3. Participant

The Participant and the Company shall each hereinafter be referred to as the “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
