5. Purchase and Sale of Tokens

The purchase and sale of Tokens during any part of the Token Sale will take place as follows:

a) The USD price per Token is 0.105 USD during phase 1 of the private sale. The Token Sale will rise to 0.45 USD at later stages of the Token Sale, or such amount as may be agreed between a Participant and the Company in writing on the Website and/or Private Sale document. While the Price Per Token is set in USD, you may pay for Tokens in any one or more of the Accepted Currencies.

b) Purchase Procedure – Private Sale. The Company will provide you with a “Purchase Price” per Token and a separate document will set out the purchase procedure for the Private Sale of Tokens.

c) Purchase Procedure – Public Sale. The Company reserves the right to update these Terms to set out the purchase procedure for the public sale of Tokens, including providing the purchase procedure on its website. Similarly, the Company reserves the right to engage third parties to assist with the public sale of tokens, including exchanges.

d) Payment of Purchase Price – You must pay the Purchase Price by sending the correct quantity as may be agreed between the Participant and the Company. Your purchase is not guaranteed until we receive the full amount of the Purchase Price.

e) Delivery of Tokens – The Tokens sold to you in a Private Sale will be available for delivery as set out in a separate document. Tokens sold to you in a Public Sale will be available for delivery within a period of 90 days following your purchase.

f) Suspension of Token Sale – At any time during the Token Sale and at its sole discretion, the Company may by notice on its Website temporarily or permanently suspend the Token Sale portal for security reasons and such suspension shall take effect from the moment of publication of such notice until the same is updated or removed.
