6. Purpose and Use of the HUGS Tokens

6.1. Token Utilities

At launch, Tokens will have the utilities as set out in Appendix 1.

6.2. Token Transfers

Should a Participant transfer HUGS to other parties in any manner and under any title, the Participant shall be responsible to ensure that such transfer is in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations, and the Company shall not be held liable for any consequential loss or damages that may occur.

6.3. Non-refundable

The Participant understands and accepts that the acquisition of HUGS is final and non-refundable, and the utilities thereof are, at launch, limited to those listed in this clause. The Participant acknowledges that he has no right to request a refund for any reason.

6.4. Appendices

Important information about the Company’s creation and intended distribution of the Tokens is provided in Appendix 2. By purchasing Tokens, you agree that you have read, understood and do not object to the information contained in the said Appendix.
