19. Termination

19.1. Termination and Suspension

The Company may terminate or suspend the Participant’s access to any ecosystem or smart contract for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to where the Participant breaches these Terms. Nothing in these Terms or in any other communication or action by the Company or its shareholders, officers, directors, advisors, agents, representatives, members, affiliates, or employees should be construed as a waiver of any legal remedies available for any event causing termination.

19.2. Termination Survival

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination, shall survive termination, including but not limited to, limitations of obligations or liability and indemnity.
