4. Eligibility

4.1. Due Diligence

In order to be able to participate in the Token Sale you will have to undergo our due diligence process to verify that you are a unique individual or entity (“Due Diligence Process”). On the Token Sale KYC portal you will be prompted to provide us with your full name or the name of the entity you represent, address and country of residence, and email address (your “User Details”). In addition, you will be asked to indicate the amount in USD you are planning to contribute to Tokens and your public wallet address as set out in clause 4.2 below. Once you submit the form with all mandatory information, we will process it and send an email to your email address provided in order to verify it. You will need to have access to your email address in order to verify it. You will have to click on a unique link provided in our email to start the Token Sale process. Any personal data will be handled by us as per our separate Data Protection Policy.

4.2. Wallet

You must also provide a Polygon wallet address in order to receive any Tokens that you purchase from us and provide the address for that wallet (the “Token Receipt Address”). It is strictly recommended that wallets held with centralised exchanges are not used to receive Tokens as such Tokens may not be recovered. We reserve the right to prescribe additional guidance regarding specific wallet requirements.
